BMI - New Corporate Offices 

Totaling approximately 60,000 sf on two high Floors at 7 World Trade Center, the space features an abundance of natural light and wonderful views in all directions.  The use of glass partitions at private offices allows daylight into the inner office areas.  The selection of eco-friendly materials and design methods helped to maintain the Green Building Commission’s high standards in NYC’s first LEED Gold Certified Building.  BMI has been a loyal client of DGFA’s for the past 26 years.
